Trudon
Trudon’s fragrances are elaborated hand in hand with world-class perfumers, the result of a careful and meticulous development process. From selecting raw materials to testing formulas in the laboratory, every detail is considered before the perfume is finally blended with wax to create a scented candle.
Each candle is handmade in their factory in Normandy, France. The process begins with the careful placement of wicks at the bottom of each glass to keep them perfectly centered. The glasses are then aligned on wooden counters, ready for the pour. Once the molten wax has been mixed with the perfume, it is hand-poured into the glasses. As the wax begins to solidify, the softened wicks are straightened by hand to ensure they remain perfectly centered.
When the candle sets, the surface is carefully smoothed by slightly melting the top layer, and the wick is trimmed to the precise height needed for an optimal first burn. Finally, each candle is decorated and finished with the utmost attention to detail. Labels are centered and affixed by hand, and every candle is placed in a custom box adorned with Trudon’s emblems—offering both protection and a timeless expression of craftsmanship.
